Owner: Shahram J Koma SK Trust (O)(A); Surveyor: Nick Kazemi Fiscal Impact Statement: The City Engineer reports that the subdivider has paid a fee of $16,500 for the processing of this final parcel map pursuant to Section 19.02(B)(3) of the Los Angeles Municipal Code. No additional City funds are needed.
