(16) 17-0090-S6 MOTION (HARRIS-DAWSON - JURADO) relative to funding for this associated cost that has been identified from interest accrued from the Homeless Housing, Assistance, and Prevention Round 5 (HHAP-5) grant. Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: 1. APPROVE up to $182,821 from the Homeless Housing, Assistance and Prevention Round 5 (HHAP-5) interest for the associated BOE costs for the repairs at the Navigation Center located at 729 West Manchester Avenue in Council District 8. 2. TRANSFER up to $182,821 from the HHAP-5 Fund No. 68A/10, Account No. RSRC 4903, Interest Income - Other to HHAP-5 Fund No. 68A/10, Account No. 10Y781 FC -1 Interim Housing. 3. APPROVE and APPROPRIATE up to $142,785.70 from HHAP- 5 Fund No. 68A/10, Account No. 10Y781 FC -1 Interim Housing to the following accounts to support the general salaries and related costs associated with the repairs at the Navigation Center located at 729 West Manchester Avenue in Council District 8: a. Up to $88,697.79 to BOE Fund No. 100/78, Account No. 001010, Salaries, General b. Up to $54,087.91 to BOE Fund No. 100/78, RSRC 5361, Related Costs Reimbursement - Others 4. APPROVE and APPROPRIATE up to $40,035.30 from HHAP-5 Fund No. 68A/10, Account No. 10Y781 FC -1 Interim Housing to the Bureau of Engineering Fund No. 682/50, in a new account entitled "CD 8 Navigation Center-Renovation" for the cost of permit fees necessary for the repairs at the Navigation Center located at 729 West Manchester Avenue in Council District 8. 5. AUTHORIZE the City Engineer, or designee, to make any technical and/or accounting corrections or clarifications to the above actions in order to effectuate the intent of this motion. 6. AUTHORIZE the CAO to prepare Controller instructions or make necessary technical adjustments, including to the names of the Special Fund accounts recommended for this motion, to implement the intent of these transactions; and, REQUEST the Controller to implement these instructions.
