(17) 26-4118-S9 CD 11 RESOLUTION (PARK - RODRIGUEZ) relative to designating a location in Council District 11 for enforcement against sitting, lying, sleeping, or storing, using, maintaining, or placing personal property, or otherwise obstructing the public right-of-way, as further detailed in Los Angeles Municipal Code (LAMC) Section 41.18. Recommendations for Council action: 1. RESOLVE, pursuant to Section 41.18 (c) of the LAMC, to designate the following location for enforcement against sitting, lying, sleeping, or storing, using, maintaining, or placing personal property, or otherwise obstructing the public right of way, up to the maximum distance and effective for the maximum period of time prescribed, and as further detailed in the LAMC: a. Vista del Mar Park, Playa del Rey, CA 90293 (Public Park) b. Dockweiler Beach Sand Dunes along Vista del Mar (Public Park) c. Asilomar View Park, 15900 Asilomar Boulevard, Pacific Palisades, CA 90272 (Public Park) d. Temescal Canyon Park, 15900 Pacific Coast Highway (Public Park) e. 'Roosevelt' Pedestrian Tunnel under the Pacific Coast Highway, adjacent to 100 West Channel Road, Pacific Palisades, CA 90402 (Tunnel) f. 'Little' Pedestrian Tunnel under the Pacific Coast Highway, adjacent to 97 Ocean Way (Tunnel) 2. RESOLVE to direct and authorize the City department(s) with jurisdiction over the identified locations to post appropriate notices of the above prohibitions at these locations, and to begin enforcement upon the expiration of any required posting period.
