(24) 26-1454 The City Council may recess to Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1), to confer with its legal counsel relative to the case entitled Ronald Vincent Sukauskas, Jr., et al. v. City of Los Angeles, et al., Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 25NNCV04442 (This matter arises from a traffic accident on September 19, 2024, on the eastbound 134 Freeway approximately 175 West of Pass Avenue.) (The Budget and Finance Committee considered the above matter in Open Session on October 20, 2026.)
