(19) 26-1450 The City Council may recess to Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1), to confer with its legal counsel relative to the case entitled Mark Fox v. City of Los Angeles, et al., Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 24STCV26945. (This matter arises from a trip and fall incident on April 2, 2023 located on Ivar Street between Selma Avenue and Hollywood Boulevard.) (The Budget and Finance Committee considered the above matter in Open Session on October 20, 2026.)
