(31) 26-1317 The City Council may recess to Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1), to confer with its legal counsel relative to the case entitled John Klene, Eduardo Dumbrique v. Marcella Winn, United States District Court Case No. 2:22-CV-08318- KK. (This matter arises from a police tort litigation case against the Los Angeles Police Department.) (The Budget and Finance Committee considered the above matter in Open Session on October 20, 2026.)
