(25) 26-1455 The City Council may recess to Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1), to confer with its legal counsel relative to the case entitled Ruben O. Ortega Menjivar, et al. v. Jackie Pavia, et al., Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 23STCV08591. (This matter arises from a vehicle versus vehicle automobile accident on September 13, 2022, on the northbound 110 Freeway.) (The Budget and Finance Committee considered the above matter in Open Session on October 20, 2026.)
