(1) 23-1022-S18 HOMELESSNESS AND HEALTH COMMITTEE REPORT relative to an updated Alliance Settlement Agreement Bed Plan and strategy. Recommendations for Council action: 1. APPROVE the Updated Bed Plan (Bed Plan) for Alliance Settlement Agreement. 2. INSTRUCT the City Administrative Officer to: a. Report in sixty days on the cost to maintain all housing and shelter solutions included in the Bed Plan. b. Provide recommendations to consider to restructure the City’s housing and shelter solution portfolio for the period of June 30, 2027 through June 30, 2029, including using data on project outcomes and utilization developed pursuant to Council file No. 23-1022-S18 or other data or criteria. Fiscal Impact Statement: The CAO reports that there is no immediate General Fund impact as a result of the recommendations in its report. Financial Policies Statement: The CAO reports that the approval of the recommendations contained in its report complies with the City’s Financial Policies.
