(22) 26-1434 The City Council may recess to Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1), to confer with its legal counsel relative to the case entitled Mordean Holmes v. City of Los Angeles, et al., Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 23STCV04320. (This matter arises from a March 7, 2022 incident involving a fall from an e-scooter at 4th Street near Figueroa Street.) (The Budget and Finance Committee considered the above matter in Open Session on October 20, 2026.)
