(23) 26-1452 The City Council may recess to Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1), to confer with its legal counsel relative to the case entitled Khachick Aramyan v. City of Los Angeles, et al., Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 25NNCV00015. (This matter arises from a traffic collision that occurred on April 2, 2024, at 7824 Via Cassano in the City of Los Angeles.) (The Budget and Finance Committee considered the above matter in Open Session on October 20, 2026.)
