(21) 26-1435 The City Council may recess to Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1), to confer with its legal counsel relative to the case entitled Lourdes Angeles Garcia v. City of Los Angeles, et al., Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 25STCV11148. (This matter arises from an April 30, 2023, incident where Plaintiff tripped and fell on the sidewalk at or near 2807 West Sunset Boulevard in Los Angeles, California.) (The Budget and Finance Committee considered the above matter in Open Session on October 20, 2026.)
