Allocation of Proposition A Local Return Transit Funds for Foothill Transit to Purchase Zero Emission Buses for Enhanced Service on Colima Boulevard Corridor Recommendation as submitted by Supervisor Solis: Suspend Section 22.1 of the Rules of the Board for the limited purpose of considering this motion. Approve prepayment to Foothill Transit for the purchase of zero-emission buses in an amount not to exceed $3,000,000 from the First Supervisorial District's Proposition A Local Return Transit Program. Funding is available in the Fiscal Year 2026-27 Transit Operations Fund Budget.
