(CS-6) CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - ANTICIPATED LITIGATION (Paragraph (4) of Subdivision (d) of Government Code Section 54956.9) Initiation of litigation (one case). The Board authorized County Counsel to initiate litigation. The defendants and the other particulars will, once the action is formally commenced, be disclosed to any person upon inquiry.
