6. Approve Notice of Completion for the Morrison Park ADA Rehabilitation Project; NIB 25-04 CDBG Project 602756-24 RECOMMENDATION: 1) Approve, and accept as complete, the work of VARN Painting, Inc. for the Morrison Park ADA Rehabilitation Project; NIB 25-04, CDBG 602756-24; and 2) Authorize the Director of Public Works to sign the Notice of Completion for the project and authorize the City Clerk to forward the Notice of Completion to the County Recorder for recordation.
