17. RESCIND RESOLUTION NO. 26-64 AND ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 26-74 AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE TO SUBMIT AN AMENDED CLAIM FOR FUNDING PROVIDED BY THE TRANSPORTATION DEVELOPMENT ACT (TDA) FOR FISCAL YEAR 2026-27 RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Rescind Resolution No. 26-64, previously adopted by the City Council, authorizing the Director of Finance to submit a claim for funding provided by the Transportation Development Act (TDA) for Fiscal Year (FY) 2026-27; 2. Adopt Resolution No. 26-74 authorizing the Director of Finance to submit an amended claim for funding provided by the TDA for FY 2026-27, reflecting the updated allocations provided by the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (Metro); and 3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
