15. AMEND THE FISCAL YEAR 2026-27 TRANSIT CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM TO APPROPRIATE CARRYOVER FUNDS FOR VARIOUS PROJECTS RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Amend the adopted Fiscal Year 2026-27 budget by increasing appropriations in the various Transportation Department accounts as detailed in Attachment A, Transit Capital Improvement Program; and, 2. Approve the revenues associated with purchase orders (POs) carried over from FY 2025-26 to FY 2026- 27 (Attachment B); and 3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
