9. APPROVE AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AGREEMENT NO. 4418 WITH TURBO DATA SYSTEMS, INC. FOR ADMINISTRATIVE AND PARKING CITATION PROCESSING AND SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE SERVICES RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve Amendment No. 1 to Agreement No. 4418 between the City of Montebello and Turbo Data Systems, Inc. for an additional two (2) Year Term Extension; and 2. Authorize the City Manager and/or his designee to execute Amendment No. 1 on behalf of the City; and 3. Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
