6. Resolution No. 26-67 - Award of Construction Contract for the Lemon Creek Culvert Crossing Trash Rack Project Rack Project to FS Contractors, Inc. In the amount of $55,000.00; (35%) of the contract amount ($19,250) to address construction contingencies and potential additional work; the construction contract; an amount not to exceed $18,700.00 for professional engineering services and Capital Improvement Program (CIP) support services consistent with the Cost Estimate provided in accordance with the City’s Professional Services Agreement with RKA Consulting Group; and Improvement Program (CIP) to appropriate $100,000 from General Fund Reserves to the Lemon Creek Culvert Trash Rach Project to be reimbursed by the Brookside developer.
