2. Consider adopting the City’s Updated Trails Network Plan. (Lozano) (30 mins) Recommendation: 1) Review the Updated Trails Network Plan and the recommendations and revisions made during the public workshop process, as well as by the Infrastructure Management Advisory Committee (IMAC) Trails Subcommittee and Planning Commission; and, 2) If deemed acceptable, adopt the Updated Trails Network Plan thereby consolidating and updating the Trails Network Plan (1984), Conceptual Trails Plan, Conceptual Bikeways Plan, and Preserve Public Use Master Plan into one planning document.
