F. Consider awarding a professional service agreement to PermiTech Solutions Corporation for wireless telecommunication services. (Kim) Recommendation: 1) Award a Professional Service Agreement (PSA) to PermiTech Solutions Corporation in the annual amount of $25,000 for Fiscal Year (FY) 2026-27 for a total not-to-exceed amount of $75,000, for a term of 3 years, for wireless telecommunication services on an as-needed basis related to the processing of applications on private property; and, 2) Authorize the Mayor to execute the PSA in form approved by the City Attorney.
