21. CONSIDER AWARD OF A FIVE-YEAR CONTRACT SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH GREENFIELD LANDSCAPING AND MAINTENANCE, INC., FOR MOWING AND LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE SERVICES AT CITY PARKS AND FACILITIES (CITY COUNCIL) RECOMMENDED ACTION — 1. AWARD and APPROVE a five-year Contract Services Agreement with Greenfield Landscaping and Maintenance, Inc., to provide mowing and landscape maintenance services for the City of Carson, for a total amount not to exceed $2,039,100; and, — 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the Agreement following approval as to form by the City Attorney.
