22. CONSIDER APROVING A PUBLIC WORKS AGREEMENT WITH TUBULAR AQUATICS, LLC TO PROVIDE WATERSLIDE RESTORATION AND SUBSEQUENT INSPECTION AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR THE DOMINGUEZ AND HEMINGWAY AQUATIC CENTERS (CITY COUNCIL) RECOMMENDED ACTION — 1. REJECT the proposal of Dale Cooper, LLC dba Safe Slide Restoration submitted pursuant to Request for Proposals No. 26-001 as non-responsive, rescinding the Council's May 20, 2026, contract award action based on that proposal; and, — 2. APPROVE the proposed Public Works Agreement with Tubular Aquatics, LLC at a not-to-exceed Contract Sum of $630,155.00; and, — 3. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the Agreement following approval as to form by the City Attorney.
