12.A. 2026 Annual Report and 2027 Proposed Budget for Downtown Business Improvement District No. 1 It is recommended that the City Council consider: 1. Receiving and filing the 2026 Annual Report with the City Clerk; 2. Approving the proposed Business Improvement District assessment and budget for the 2027 program year; and 3. Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
