Garvey Capacity Improvements Project - First Amendment to Mark Thomas Professional Services Agreement for Engineering Design and Construction Support Services It is recommended that the City Council consider: 1. Authorizing the City Manager to execute the First Amendment to Agreement No. 2484-AA with Mark Thomas, in a form approved by the City Attorney, for an additional amount not to exceed $373,719; and 2. Taking such additional, related action that may be desirable.
