5. REQUEST APPROVAL FOR CHANGE ORDER NO. FOUR TO THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT WITH PALM ENGINEERING CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC. FOR THE MOUNTAIN VIEW PARK PICKLEBALL COURTS PROJECT Request the City Council approve Resolution No. 2026-171 authorizing the Mayor to execute, on behalf of the City, change order number four to the Public Improvement Agreement with Palm Engineering Construction Company, Inc. for additional enhancements for the anticipated users of the courts that staff identified during construction including but not limited to increase in shade structure size, a sump drain, drain covers, installation of astro turf, curb installation and additional landscaping in the amount of $99,628.45.
