B. FIFTH AMENDMENT TO CITY MANAGER EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT The City Council is requested to discuss a Fifth Amendment to the City Manager’s Employment Agreement. Presenter: City Attorney Recommendation: 1. Discuss a Fifth Amendment to the City Manager’s Employment Agreement; 2. Approve the Fifth Amendment as presented or with changes directed by City Council; and 3. If City Council approves the Fifth Amendment, appropriate a total of $10,784 in additional salary from the General Fund and such other amounts as are necessary to satisfy the actual costs of meeting the benefits offered in the Fifth Amendment.
