A Consideration and possible action to authorize the City Manager to release\nthe Notice of Preparation and execute a Task Order with Dudek for\npreparation of a Program Environmental Impact Report for City owned\nproperty located at 15240 Lakewood Boulevard, 9030-9146 Somerset\nBoulevard, and 9215 Flora Vista Street (collectively, the “Subject Property”).\nRecommendation to City Council: 1) Authorize the City Manager to release the\nNotice of Preparation and execute a Task Order with Dudek for preparation of a\nProgram Environmental Impact Report; or 2) Alternatively, discuss and take other\naction related to this item.
