D Consideration and possible action to adopt Resolution No. 24-18 – A\nResolution approving the request by Bellflower Noon Lions Club to\ntemporarily close Bellflower Boulevard on October 5, 2024, for a car show, a\nthird-party special event subject to Resolution No. 09-77, and approving the\nconcurrent request for the City to provide financial support or in-kind\nservices to assist with the event.\nRecommendation to City Council: 1) Adopt Resolution No. 24-18; and incorporate\nall items outlined in the Staff Report into the Third-Party Special Event permit for\na car show in 2024; or 2) Alternatively, discuss and take other action related to this\nitem.
