2. AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AGREEMENTS WITH LOS ANGELES COUNTY\nMETROPOLITAN TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY (METRO) FOR RECEIPT OF FEDERAL TRANSIT\nADMINISTRATION (FTA) SECTION 5310 GRANT FUNDING OF $1,050,000 FOR THE PASADENA DIAL-\nA-RIDE AGING VEHICLE REPLACEMENT PROJECT (Transportation Dept.)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council:\n(1) Find that the proposed action in the agenda report is exempt from the California Environmental\nQuality Act ("CEQA") pursuant to State CEQA Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3) (Common Sense exemption) that\nCEQA only\napplies to projects that may have an effect on the environment; and\n(2) Authorize the City Manager to execute any and all agreements with the Los Angeles County\nMetropolitan Transportation Authority (Metro) associated with the receipt of $1,050,000 in reimbursable Federal\nTransit\nAdministration (FTA) grant funding for implementation of the City of Pasadena Dial-A-Ride Aging Vehicle\nReplacement Project (75086).
