Request of Mayor Brock, Councilmember de la Torre, and Councilmember Parra that the City Council\nallocate up to $10,000 from its Discretionary Fund to Santa Monica College to spend on expenses\nrelated to inaugural Santa Monica Digital New Arts Festival – an innovative, inclusive, and diverse\nsix-month long festival that celebrates the synthesis of art and science by focusing on the diverse\nand highly fascinating work of Digital Art.
