I. Approve Change Orders to the Equipment Purchase 21-2932\nAgreement (SP-71-IT-23) for Stage RED Theater’s Audio\nVisual System Update\n1. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Change Order No. 1,\n2 and 3 to the Equipment Purchase Agreement (SP-71-IT-23) with Matrix\nAudio Visual Designs, Inc. in the amount of $131,829.55 for a total\ncontract of $1,067,013.42 for the Stage Red audio visual system\nupgrades.\n2. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute any future\namendments to the Agreement.
