Item 350: Approval of the Final Map “Tierra Alta”.\nNotice is hereby given that the City Engineer has reviewed and will approve on the date of this City Council meeting\nthat certain final map entitled “Tierra Alta" (T.M. No. 98-0792, PRJ No. 1068246) located at 11304 Caminito Rodar,\nSan Diego, CA. in the RS-1-13 and OC-1-1 zone, within the Mira Mesa Community Plan Area, Council District 6, a\ncopy of which is available for public viewing at the office of the San Diego City Clerk. Specifically, the City Engineer\nhas caused the map to be examined and has made the following findings:\n(1) The map substantially conforms to the approved tentative map, any approved alterations thereof, and any\nconditions of approval imposed with said tentative map.\n(2) The map complies with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act and any local ordinances applicable at the time\nof approval of the tentative map.\n(3) This map is a Condominium Project as defined in section 4125 et. seq. of the Civil Code of the State of California\nand is filed pursuant to the Subdivision Map Act. City Council Resolution No. R-295656 adopted October 30, 2001,\nand Substantial Conformance Review No. 1180114 approved August 17, 2015, approve the development of eight (8)\nresidential condominium units: Lot 1 will contain four (4) units and Lot 2 will contain four (4) units.\n(4) The map is technically correct.\nSaid map will be finalized and recorded unless a valid appeal is filed. Interested parties will have 10 calendar days\nfrom the date of this Council hearing to appeal the above findings of the City Engineer to the City Council. A valid\nappeal must be filed with the City Clerk no later than 2:00 PM, 10 calendar days from the date of this City Council\nmeeting stating briefly which of the above findings made by the City Engineer was improper or incorrect and the\nbasis for that conclusion.
