Item 108: Third Amendment to the Citywide Security Service Agreement with Invicta Security\nCA Corporation dba Allstate Security.\nTotal Estimated Cost of Proposed Action and Funding Source:\nThis action increases expenditure authority by $4M to $32,910,721 total over the contract\nterm; impacts operational funds in the General Fund for the Public Library, Parks &\nRecreation, Facilities, & Office of the City Treasurer Departments, as well as departments\nthat may require security services related to homelessness initiatives.
