Item 338: Authorization of the Retention of Stradling Yocca Carlson & Rauth LLP as Outside\nCounsel for Legal Matters Related to the City’s General Fund.\nThis item will be considered in the afternoon session which is scheduled to begin at\n2:00 p.m.\nTotal Estimated Cost of Proposed Action and Funding Source:\nTotal compensation will not exceed $1.1 million. The City will pay Stradling a flat fee out\nof bond proceeds for work on Bond Transactions upon each successful closing and\nnegotiated hourly rates out of the General Fund for all other services (i.e., Loans or\nGeneral Matters).
