Item 102: Approval of the Elimination of Library Department Juvenile Accounts Referred to\nCollections and the Creation of a Program to Provide Youth with a One-Time\nOpportunity to Clear Charges for the Cost of Lost Library Materials.\nTotal Estimated Cost of Proposed Action and Funding Source:\nThe City Treasurer would waive approximately $70,000 in Collections fees associated\nwith these accounts.
