Therefore, pursuant to State Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3) no environmental review is required. Notwithstanding the foregoing,\nthe activity qualifies for an Exemption pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3) of the California Environmental Quality Act State Guidelines.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\nAdopt a resolution approving the second amendment to the agreement with San Diego Metropolitan Transit System for Administration of\nTaxicab and Other For-Hire Regulations.
