Countywide Classification/Compensation Actions\nRecommendation: Approve an ordinance for introduction amending County\nCode, Title 6 - Salaries, by adding five new employee classifications for the Los\nAngeles County Employees Retirement Association, reclassify 45 positions in\nthe Department of Public Health following a Substance Abuse and Prevention\nControl Reorganization Study - Phase II, reclassify three positions in the\nDepartments of Health Services, Military and Veterans Affairs, and\nRegistrar-Recorder/County Clerk; and approve the accompanying ordinance\namending Title 5 - Personnel, and Title 6 - Salaries of the County Code to make\ntechnical corrections impacting two non-represented classifications in the\nSheriff Department.
