Negotiated Exchange of Property Tax Revenue as a Result of Proposed\nAnnexations to County Sanitation Districts Joint Resolutions\nRecommendation: Approve and adopt joint resolutions between the Board, as\nthe Governing Body of the LA County Library, the Consolidated Fire Protection\nDistrict, and the County Flood Control District, County Waterworks Nos. 36 and\n40, Road District Nos. 4 and 5 and Lighting Maintenance District No. 1687,\nSanitation Districts Nos. 14, 21, 22, the Santa Clarita Valley Sanitation Districts\n(SCV), and other affected taxing entities based on the negotiated exchange of\nproperty tax revenue related to proposed Annexation Nos. 14-437 and 14-446 in\nthe City of Lancaster, 21-771 in the City of La Verne, 21-772 in unincorporated\nRowland Heights, 22-439 in the City of Bradbury, 22-444 in the City of Covina,\nand SCV-1113, SCV-1121, SCV-1123, SCV-1125, SVC-1126, SVC-1127, and\nSVC-1128 in the City of Santa Clarita and SCV-1122 and SCV-1129 in\nunincorporated Santa Clarita Valley (1 and 5); and find that the proposed joint\nresolutions are not subject to the provisions of the California Environmental\nQuality Act.
