2-D. Multifamily Housing Mortgage Revenue Bonds for the Veterans Commons\nProject\nRecommendation as submitted by Supervisor Hahn: Adopt and instruct the\nChair to sign a resolution, as required under Treasury regulations, declaring an\nintent for PATH Ventures and Adobe Communities, or a Los Angeles County\nDevelopment Authority-approved designee, to undertake bond financing in an\namount not to exceed $44,000,000, to finance the Veterans Commons Project,\na multifamily rental housing development consisting of 100 units to be located at\n11269 Garfield Avenue in Downey; authorize the Executive Director of the Los\nAngeles County Development Authority to submit an application to the California\nDebt Limit Allocation Committee for a private activity bond allocation in an\naggregate amount not to exceed $44,000,000, for the purposes described\nherein; and find that the approval of these actions are not subject to the\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act.
