27. Expand the Department of Mental Health’s Mobile Crisis Response Teams\nRecommendation as submitted by Supervisor Hahn: Authorize the Director of\nMental Health to accept an additional $2,200,000 in Crisis Care Mobile Units\n(CCMU) grant funds and any potential future award of CCMU grant funding\nallocated by the State to ensure the Department of Mental Health (DMH) can\nutilize these funds to expeditiously expand mobile crisis services; and negotiate\nand execute an amendment to DMH’s existing contract with the State, or its\nthird-party administrator, to incorporate additional CCMU grant funds from the\nState, extend the term of the contract, and reflect non-material and/or ministerial\nrevisions, including, needed operational changes, or other agreement terms\nand conditions.
