Parking Enforcement Services in Los Angeles County\nRecommendation as submitted by Supervisor Hahn: Direct the Chief Executive\nOfficer to pause the transfer of the parking enforcement services from the\nSheriff’s Department to the Department of Public Works until a transition plan is\nproperly vetted, reviewed through the budget process, and agreed on by the\nBoard; and work with the Sheriff and the Director of Public Works to develop\nrecommendations for the Board’s consideration that outline a transition plan for\nparking enforcement services should the Board choose to make the transition.\n(24-1309)
