18. Authorize the Los Angeles County Development Authority to Act as an\nAgent of the County to Conduct Monitoring Duties for Homekey Projects\nand Other County-Led Affordable Housing Projects\nRecommendation as submitted by Supervisor Horvath: Designate the Executive\nDirector of the Los Angeles County Development Authority to act as an agent of\nthe County in monitoring development projects approved for the Homekey\nProgram and other County-led Affordable Housing projects, as agreed to by the\nCounty and the Los Angeles County Development Authority (LACDA); authorize\nthe Chief Executive Officer to negotiate and execute monitoring agreements\nwith LACDA and Grantees, and other County-led Affordable Housing projects\nas agreed to by the Chief Executive Officer and the Executive Director, and\nexecute any subsequent amendments thereto; and find that the proposed\nactions are not a project under the California Environmental Quality Act.\n(Relates to Agenda No. 1-D) (24-1251)
