(Report of: Parks & Community Services)\nRecommendations: That the City Council and CSD:\n1. Approve the Easement Deed, located on the south side of Lawless\nRoad, west of American Way, by and between the CSD and KB Home\nCoastal, Inc (KB).\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Easement Deed with KB.\n3. Authorize the City Clerk to transmit the executed Easement Deed to\nthe Riverside County Recorder’s Office for recordation.
