19. 24-52813 Recommendation to adopt and approve resolution authorizing the bond issuance\nand sale by the Board of Public Utilities Commissioners, of Senior Water Revenue\nBonds to provide funds to refund and defease all currently outstanding water\nrevenue debt obligations, pay the cost of certain capital improvements to the water\nsystem of the City of Long Beach, and pay the costs of issuance in an aggregate\nprincipal amount not to exceed $98,000,000; authorizing the execution of related\ndocuments; and approving related official actions. The series 2024 Bonds are\nsecured solely by net revenues of the Water Enterprise. (Citywide)
