GILMOUR]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider amending the Agreement for\nServices with Kabbara Engineering for professional civil engineering\ndesign services to increase the not-to-exceed amount.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve Amendment No. 7 to the Agreement\nfor Services with Kabbara Engineering to increase the amount of the\nAgreement by $80,000, for a total not-to-exceed amount of $2,480,464;\nand 2) Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute documents\nincident to the Agreement.
