2.K. AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO THE AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES WITH\nWOLFE ENGINEERING AND DESIGN, INC. FOR ON-CALL STAFF\nAUGMENTATION SERVICES [S. CAMPBELL, J. GILMOUR]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider approving Amendment No. 3 to\nthe Agreement for Services with Wolfe Engineering and Design, Inc. for\non-call staff augmentation services, increasing the not-to-exceed amount\nof the Agreement and extending the term.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve Amendment No. 3 to the Agreement\nfor services with Wolfe Engineering and Design, Inc., to increase the\namount of the agreement by $75,000 for a total not-to-exceed amount of\n$200,000 and extending the term; and 2) Authorize the City Manager or\ndesignee to execute documents incident to the agreement.
