Waive the bidding and publication requirements of Council Policy 4.0 and award a purchase order\nto Econolite Control Products, Inc., in the amount of $86,200, for database analytics software\nsubscription for a software maintenance agreement for the City’s current Centracs system and a\nnew Centracs Mobility Module to be used by Public Works Department, Traffic and\nTransportation Division for a two year subscription; authorize the Purchasing Agent, or designee,\nto exercise annual maintenance and support service renewals, subject to available budget\nappropriations; and authorize the Purchasing Agent, or designee, to execute documents related\nto the purchase order and software maintenance agreement.
