I.8. APPROVE THE AGREEMENT FOR CITYWIDE SECURITY SERVICES TO\nLYONS SECURITY SERVICES, INC. (Report of: Financial & Management\nServices)\nRecommendations:\n1. Approve and award the Agreement for On-Site and/or Professional\nServices with Lyons Security Service, Inc., 505 S. Villa Real Drive,\nSuite 203, Anaheim, CA 92807 to provide security guard services at\nvarious City facilities:\n2. Authorize the City Manager, or their designee, to execute the\nAgreement for On-Site and/or Professional Services with Lyons\nSecurity Service, Inc. in the amount of $3,000,000 for Five-Years,\nsubject to the approval of the City Attorney, with the option to execute\ntwo (2) 5-year extensions; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute subsequent amendments to the\nAgreement with Lyons Security Services, Inc., including the authority\nto authorize associated purchase orders in accordance with the\nAgreement's terms, subject to the approval of the City Attorney and\nwithin the budgetary amounts previously approved by Council as part\nof the adopted and/or amended budget process.
