Conduct a Public Hearing for the Community Development Block\nGrant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME), and\nEmergency Solutions Grants Program (ESG) programs to allow the\npublic an opportunity to comment on the proposed project selections\nfor the Fiscal Year (FY) 2024/25 Annual Action Plan.
