Adopt Resolution No. 2024-13 approving the City's participation in\nYear 4 of the Los Angeles Urban County PLHA Program;\nidentifying proposed activities for the expenditure of $145,682 in\nPLHA funding; and authorizing the City Manager to sign a\nreimbursable contract with the Los Angeles County Development\nAuthority ("LACDA"); and\nB.
